Welcome to Puzzle Perks, the club for Ravensburger puzzle lovers who like to be in the loop, build their collection, and earn rewards while they’re at it. Whether you love a good brain teaser, a scenic challenge, or a family puzzle night tradition, this one’s for you.

Puzzle Perks members get notified as soon as new puzzles arrive.

Reserve upcoming puzzles before they’re released to everyone else.

We keep track of your purchases through your Puzzle Perks in-store or online account. When you reach 5 puzzles, your 6th one is free.

To keep things simple and fair, here are a few guidelines:

1. All puzzles must have the same piece count

To receive a free puzzle of the same size, your 5 purchases must all have the same number of pieces. For example, five 1000-piece puzzles = one 1000-piece puzzle free.

2. Mixing piece counts? That’s okay

You’ll still get a free puzzle, but it will match the smallest piece count from your five purchases.

3. Track your progress

We'll keep a record for you in-store or through your online account.

4. Redeem when you're ready

Your free puzzle can be chosen in-store or online, once you’ve hit five. Just let us know you’re ready to redeem.

5. Must be a member

Only Puzzle Perks members are eligible for this reward. Signing up is quick and free.

Puzzle Perks Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Puzzle Perks rewards program ("Program") offered by The Rocking Horse, a retailer of Ravensburger puzzles.

By signing up for and participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Puzzle Perks program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in Canada. Enrollment in the Program is free.

2. Enrollment

To join the Program, you must sign up online at www.therockinghorse.ca or in-store. You must provide a valid email address and create an account. Limit of one account per person.

3. Program Benefits

Program members receive the following benefits:

  • Members are notified when new Ravensburger puzzles arrive in-store or online.
  • Members may reserve select upcoming puzzle releases before they become available to the general public.
  • For every five (5) Ravensburger puzzles purchased through your registered Puzzle Perks account, you will receive one (1) Ravensburger puzzle free.

4. Purchase Tracking and Redemption

  • Purchases must be made using your registered Puzzle Perks account, either online or in-store, to be tracked.
  • Only qualifying purchases of Ravensburger puzzles count toward the reward.
  • When five (5) qualifying puzzles have been purchased, a credit for one (1) free Ravensburger puzzle will be applied to your account.
  • The free puzzle must be claimed within 6 months of being earned.
  • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.

5. Limitations

  • The Program may exclude limited edition, collaboration, or pre-order items from qualifying toward rewards.
  • Past purchases cannot be retroactively credited.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.

6. Changes and Termination

The Rocking Horse reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, its benefits, or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website at www.therockinghorse.ca.

7. Privacy

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to receive communications related to your membership and rewards. Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
