Once your order has been processed and we have shipped your item(s), you will receive a tracking number and confirmation in your email.

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes. Please send all order changes or requests to hello@therockinghorse.ca.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to refer to our Return Policy.

You have the option of cancelling an item or order that has not been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service team at hello@therockinghorse.ca and we will be happy to accommodate you.

It typically takes us 1-4 business days to ship out online orders. 

We sell two types of gift cards. E-Gift Cards are for use on our online shop and can be purchased here. Physical Gift Cards are for use in our retail shop.

When you purchase an e-gift card, you will receive a code in your email. You can then either forward the e-gift card email or send the code to your gift receiver!

Although we are working on enabling our physical gift cards for use on our online store, currently they can only be used in-store at our retail shop. 

If you are unable to make it into our store to use your physical gift card, we would be happy to process an order over the phone for you during store hours! Please give us a call at 613-548-4222 to place an order with your gift card.

You can enter the 16 digit-code from your e-gift card at the checkout.

We offer free local delivery on Fridays for orders of $49.99 or more before tax. Our delivery catchment area is within a 12km radius of our retail location at 193 Princess Street, Downtown Kingston. If your order meets these qualifications, you will see a "Free Local Delivery" option for shipping at the checkout.

Due to the holiday season, orders placed by Wednesday evening will be delivered that same week. Orders placed after Wednesday, will be delivered the following week.

You can come into the store and let us know your name and order number.

We are also happy to bring your order out to your vehicle is you are parked close by! Just give us a call at 613-548-4222 with your name and order number, and we will meet you at your vehicle!

Absolutely! You can enter their name and details under the "Shipping Address" at the checkout and we will deliver to them on Fridays!

Depending on your location, we can deliver to your address for a small delivery fee.
