The Rocking Horse is a locally-owned, independent toy store in the heart of Downtown Kingston. 

We are known for our selection of classic and retro toys, board games, wooden toys, fidget and sensory toys, stuffed animals, and unique novelty items! Our customers also have fun at the various events we throw throughout the year - our non-competitive children’s race, pedal car derby, Halloween party, March Break “Madness”, and more!

One of the best parts of our job is helping you find the perfect gift. If you’ve been in our store, you know how excited, energetic, and passionate our team is about toys. Free Local Delivery & Store Pick-Up
We currently offer Free Local Delivery on Fridays to addresses within a 12 km radius of 193 Princess Street. All you need to do is order $24.99 or more before taxes and choose "Free Local Delivery" at the checkout. We deliver to addresses outside of this delivery radius for a small fee. We ensure a contactless delivery and will give you a call once your delivery has been made! All orders placed before 12PM on Fridays will be delivered.

We offer safe Curbside Pick-Up during store hours. We can have your orders ready within 10 minutes of ordering (provided it's during store hours). You can either knock on our front door to pick up your order, or give us a call at 613-548-4222 and we can bring it out to your car!
